Retainer Based: Our most economical option.

Less expensive than traditional recruiting options. Flat fee to be paid in 3 increments. First payment is due as a search retainer—the contingency fee is due in two payments upon successful hire.

Contingency: No payment until your candidate begins.

Fee is based on percentage of candidate’s first year annual salary and can be paid in up to 5 increments, payment plan starts on date of hire and will occur on a monthly basis.
